Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. 

United States
Shipping is FREE within the contiguous United States. We ship via the United States Postal Service. Shipping typically takes 2-4 days.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and the U.S. Territories is $5 and can take up to 5 days.

We offer guaranteed two-day shipping within the contiguous United States for a charge of $25 per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

If you require your Upton belt sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to find you an even faster solution. 

Canada
Shipping rates:
First class mail (1-2 week delivery): $20
Priority mail express (3-5 business day): $40

All orders are charged in US dollars.

All Canadian orders are shipped with the US Postal Service (USPS). Before placing an order, you will be asked to select a desired delivery time. You may be subject to additional taxes and brokerage fees upon delivery in Canada.

*We will not be responsible for delays beyond our control.

 

ORDERS

DISCOUNT CODES
Periodically, we offer promotions via discount codes. Unfortunately, we cannot honor combined discounts / discount codes.

MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER
Production typically starts immediately after an order is placed. If you wish to make changes to an existing order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate.

ORDER STATUS
Your order should ship in the lead-time stated at the time of purchase. You can check the estimated ship date on your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with tracking) as soon as your package leaves our facility.

ORDER STATUS
Any belts from our original collection DUKE, KNOX, WARD typically ship within 5-7 days from ordering. However, there are some newer pieces that can take a bit longer. Our FIFTY and PYTHON belts are not carried in inventory and can take up to 12 days to make, prior to shipping.

DELAYED ORDERS
Your order should ship on or before the date noted on your order confirmation. Please note that lead times may change due to demand. We do our best to fulfill orders as soon as possible.

We will not be able to cancel or issue a refund once manufacturing has begun. 

SALES TAX
Since we have an office in Texas and a store in New York City, we are only required to collect sales tax on domestic orders shipped to addresses within Texas and New York.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Since each piece is custom made upon order, we do not offer returns.

Fit Guarantee

We offer exchanges for size, PROVIDED you used one of our Fit Kits to measure prior to submitting your belt size AND the belt received is off by at least 1 or more inches.

If you did not request a Fit Kit, we will not be responsible for an improper fitting belt.

We also request that the original belt be exchanged within 10 days of receipt (postmarked). We require the return of all original packaging materials, and the belt must be in its original condition.

Email us with your new size request. Please include your full name and order number. We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.

 

YOUR UPTON BELT

Please be aware that leather wears over time and, it is perfectly normal for your Upton belt to stretch and discolor. We do not cover damage from abuse, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, and cutting (leather, canvas, buckles, or stitching).

EXCHANGES / REPLACEMENTS
All exchanges will be made with the identical product ordered. However, there may be circumstances where we no longer carry that product. If this is the case, we will do our best to exchange your Upton belt for a similar style. At any time, Upton reserves the right to place products out-of-stock or to discontinue them indefinitely.

REPAIRS
All Upton belt buckles are hand-stitched. If you happen to tear a stitch or damage your buckle, please send us your belt and we will repair it for you free of charge.

DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL
If your belt arrives with a manufacturing defect, such as a tear in the leather or a loose stitch, we will gladly replace it. We ask that you first send a photograph of the damaged product to info@uptonbelts.com. After doing so, we will email you a return label.

We will not refund for damages that occur during the shipping process.

HOLE PUNCHING
All Upton belts arrive with a stainless steel punching tool in order to add sizing holes. Please follow the directions on pages 9 and 10 of your BELT booklet in order to properly punch your belt. Be sure to use a hard, flat surface, like a work bench or cutting board. Take caution when punching, as the tool can cause damage to the surface below the belt.

FOLDING / ROLLING
Like paper, folding leather can cause an unwanted crease. When storing and traveling with your Upton belt, be sure to roll and fit it snug into your Upton dust bag. Roll your belt with the natural curve of the leather (buckle facing out), only tight enough for it to fit into the dust bag.

COLOR / GRAIN VARIATION
Due to the variations in monitor/screen settings and the wide variation in natural materials, images on the website may not perfectly match the actual products shipped. The beauty of natural materials is that they are unique and imperfect. Every cow is different, thus every hide is different. Color/grain dissatisfaction will not be a valid reason for a return.

 

GENERAL

The following terms and conditions govern the sale of goods between you (the buyer) and Upton. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with our terms and conditions. Please notify us prior to placing an order if you disagree with any of our terms and conditions at any time for any reason.

 

PRICING / PRIVACY

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website. The full amount is charged when you place your order. We will absolutely never sell or share your personal information with 3rd parties. All data that we collect will be used for internal purposes only. 

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Policy, we may share personal information with our service providers, including those who perform marketing services on our behalf, and with other brands who may contact you regarding products or services that may be of interest to you.
